I am writing to file a grievance complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my refund from last year. My name is Siddharth Tewani.
It has been 7 months since I submitted the router and asked for a security deposit of 2000 rupees at the start of the connection, and I am yet to receive my refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from your company.
I am also disappointed to learn that your representatives are asking me to pay approximately 2300 rupees for three months of service, even though you still hold my 2000 rupees security deposit. This is an unreasonable and unfair request.
While I understand that starting a connection may require advance payments, the prolonged processing time for refunds has eroded my trust in your company. I would like to request that you process my refund immediately and start my services again, with the understanding that I will pay any outstanding amounts once I have received my refund.
