I have been using excited for last five months but my internet connection stopped working 2 days ago and I have submitted the complaint to repair it and I am surprised that the Company EXCITEL promise us solve any big or small problem within 24 hours but in my case it's already been 2 days and there is no response from the service or any customer care or anyone. I resubmitted my complaint in every 3-4 hour but still there is no response. This shows that how much they value their consumer.
