I'd raised ticket 596377 on Excitel reg downtime of internet close to 33 hours & counting, this inspite of a company policy of rectifying problems within 22 hours. Still not resolved, I'm sure it would take another 15 to 16 hours for rectification as it's already 9.20pm. I feel I've committed a colossal blunder in opting for Excitel, should've stayed with Actfibernet ( Bangalore)
