Excitel — Refunds not given by excitel

I take the new internet connection of excitel. But after the connection it's working not regular. The internet cut 1 to 2 day. So i register our complaint to refund my money but company time for one week. But my money is not refunding me that time they give more time for refund.

So please help me to taking my money by excitel internet provider company.
