These people are conmen. Do not even begin a conversation with them. They are cheats and liars. Promise you a website and when you think they're done you find out you have to pay for any contacts who try to email or call you. Every week they will call you saying you need to pay them for one service or another before they can continue to build a website you think you already paid for.
