We purchased a Samsung LED from Ezone, Riverside Mall, Lucknow on 25th Oct, 2015. The product was to be delivered on 26th Oct, 2015 but the salespersons kept us in the dark and did not deliver our product. One of the salesmen who sold us the LED even switched off his phone when we repeatedly called him to ask about the delivery. We are still waiting for our product as well as any response from Ezone and their employees. It has been a harrowing experience.
