[Resolved] EzRecharge — BSNL topup for RS10/- done on Aug23,2014 at 11.17am but amount not credited

Topup done thru Bank of India Netbanking but amount not credited to my mobile number even after 11 hrs. Bank of india reply as below
Dear Customer,
The transaction mentioned in the trail mail is successful
transaction and the amount was remitted to the Service provider. We
request you to take up with the biller for early refund. The amount will
be reversed to your account on receipt of the
same.
Please credit to my mobile immediately and also send the customer care complaint mail id of ez recharge which is not going despite many failed attempts. Mobile number mentioned is not responding

Mail received that the amount will be refunded in 48 hrs. Accordingly the amount credited.
