Now these people never reply on emails not even answer any calls.this matter is going on from last 2 months. I have opened support ticket many times but they hardly reply. Hi, I had ordered a product on Fab bag, on May 6th, 2015. The product was delivered and due to my unavailability at the shipping location was returned. I have since then been following up with the seller. But the issue was not addressed. They always kept promising to re-send the product and finally after 15 days, inform me that the product is out of stock.
