Kindly note my service request MUM[protected] dated 24 April 2024, for servicing the HOB Nexus HT603 CRS BR CI was requested. The service technician visited on 25 April 2024 and said that two burners are not good, since it's in warranty period therefore the burners will be replaced. He took the pictures and video. Ref Service request::HYD[protected] registered on 3rd April, No response till now.
I have raised multiple requests starting from April 1st 2024, On 7th April One technician came and found that my chimney motherboard needs to be replaced.
Since then till today I have not received any response from them yet. They are not responding my call. I just wanted to understand is this the way the team takes care of customer during service....
