Booked order[protected] on 26 Apr and delivery date was 4 May. Have not received the product till 13 May. I have called their number[protected] three time in last few days and everytime my call is handled by same agent (Shanu Khan). And very conveniently he uses this word "Escalate" that he has escalated and then escalated on priority. I am not sure if Fab Furnish cannot afford better agents or cannot keep more people to attend calls. And they surely need to improve on their customer engagement and coordination. This will be last time I am purchasing anything from this ridiculously operated retail online site. Oh ya and the 3rd time I called this robot names Shanu Khan, he is asking me if I need to cancel the order after waiting for so many days. Why do they put up products on website when they cannot deliver on time? Now a days any tom dick and harry is opening site and thinks he does better business -- Mr Vaibhav Aggarwal, this one is for you!!
