We bought a king size bed along with two side tables from FabFurnish.com. The quality of the goods is bad and when we complained about the problem the company at first took no action. On repeated follow-ups they said that their technician will visit and inspect the goods. Since then three technicians have made a visit and the company does not listen to them.
Now their customer executive is also shouting instead of resolving the problem. I'm not sure what is the forward path now.
