I purchase one item worth. 1699 on 16th Jul’22. Not delivery received after TAT. I have a series of communication with one of their representative but every time he extends TAT but no delivery. I have asked him to refund the money but he is still insisting to deliver item which I have no trust now.
Will like to refund back the money I paid.
