Hi,
No one listening at fashion and you. I had placed my order in the month of june and returned it early july but i am yet to get a refund in spite of multiple follow up. Can you pls help reaching out to them and getting my refund.
All customer care reply is since last 3+ weeks:

Thank you for writing to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As the returned product is still in transit once vendor receive the shipment your amount will be auto processed asap. Also after the return pickup it takes 10 to 15 working days for complete process. Kindly allow us some more time before we get the issue resolved for you.
