I am a regular customer of fashionandyou and always appreciated the timely delivery and the quality of material. But my last experience has been very bad.
I have ordered 4 articles from fny, which was received on oct 5th via order no #[protected], the quality of the material was not good and also the sizes were not as expected, i placed a return request on the same day, after several reminders including my visit to your office the material was taken back on 7th of november. Since then i have been following up for refund. The customer care no. S does not work and there is no responsible person if i call at the reception. Was this information helpful? |
