I would like to let you know that FedEx is the worst delivery express, which I have ever seen. My friends sent me an international parcel on 7/01/17 and FedEx agents told that I'll receive parcel on 9/01/17. Now it was 13/01/17, I haven't got my parcel. If you guys can't handle the things get out of that [censored]. Don't try to make the customers fools.
I never suggest anyone to send couriers through FedEx.
Plzzzzzz those who are preferring FedEx couriers, try to stop that.

My parcel is showing custom delay from regulatory review from past 4 days, tracking no.[protected],

Customer service told me they are not sure when i will get the package. Why does fedex run customer service if the workers have no idea about when one will get the package delivered?

I have already submitted the documents by 12pm, now can you do it on priority. Please come our from your sleeping mode.
Such a worst service, such a gawar employees, i sent them a mail to ask current status.
But they dont have any update. maximum days, their employees on leave, i called him, MANISH TOMAR Ph. 11.4770.0105, yeaterday, he is handling my case, today he is not available. I called him sheetal chauhan, sheetal.[protected]@fedex.com, she is mad girlwith rude behaviour... Saying that no update, hopes your shipment clear in 2 months.

I have not yet recieved my package, ordered it at 14th of december 2020 and still has not yet got my delivery date. It said that the goods are subject to regulatory review. Its been so long and i need it fast i dont know what to say ive never been in any problem shipping internationally but this is crazy.
FedEx WORST courier ever. Every package is delayed even if there is no pandemic and THEY charge you again upon delivery. Before it was $12 for handling and customs PAPERWORKS???? Now it's $18. DHL and UPS never charges extra upon delivery.
I have two shipments one of them cleared customs but has not left Mumbai yet and the other one is not showing as "Clearance delay - Import Goods are subject to regulatory review." and am unable to get a proper reply back from Fedex, its worthless to choose Priority shipping.
It's an Important package and I'm loosing money every day its delayed. Worst customer service ever, most of them are either rude or useless. Hoping to see I can get to a right person to escalate the process.

As my courier took more than 20 days too.
And still where it is i don't know.
They delay delivery date and also not showing when it will be deliver.
Worst service FedEx.
