Order#38236137 was booked on 19 October 2022 with assurance that it would be delivered the next day. Ferns N Petals' services are terrible. Most of the time, I kept chasing for my orders after trying for number of hours, remaining glued to the phone for getting customer care to pick up and if it all it is picked up, someone will put it on hold and then it gets disconnected. It is also a matter of concern that Ferns N Petals take orders on sub vendor items which they kept on waiting without honoring committed dates. Such an attitude is very amazing in a competitive world. Now it seems that it has become a commission agent where the deliveries are assigned to sub vendor with sub standard products and no commitments. May I plead my order which was supposed to be delivered 3 days back to be delivered now. Pray God to make our concerns addressed.
