Very bad experience with this company. I made an order for a birthday gift which was supposed to deliver on 16Sep 22. However, yet not delivered till 8:pm on the 17th. I enquiries about the same and customer support team told me that you have not picked up our courier boy call and due to this your item not delivered when I asked him for the contact number of the courier by he refused and told me that we don't have no. I request him for order cancellations but he refused. I asked him for a replacement for other items, but he also denied it.
