On 7th Feb, I placed an order[protected] total amt 1226/) for cake and flowers for 8th Feb between 8 am to 12 noon in Jaipur.
The order was not delivered by 1.30 pm and since no one was available at the given address post this time, I called customer care and asked them to cancel my order, They said they would do so.
I was told around 6 weeks ago that the amount was processed and I should check with my bank. I did so and they asked for a 12 digit transaction id which your executives failed to provide. I then shared the email below . I received a call around 15th march 2023 from one of their executives that the refund was not processed by the accounts department though they had sent it from their end and that it will now get done and I shall see the amount refunded within 1 weeks time.
It has been a month since my last follow up and I still haven't seen the amount refunded. So in total 9-10 weeks have elapsed since this issue started. Was this information helpful? |
