Flightxp — Trip ID[protected] Refund processed for Nagpur - New Delhi one-way booking

I was informed regarding processing of refund of Rs. 3, 691 for my Nagpur - New Delhi one-way booking (Trip ID[protected]. I was also informed that the refund will appear in my account in 3 to 12 working however evenafter passing of more than 30 days time it is not credited to my account. Please look into it.
