This is the second time in past one week that my delivery was late and this time i need compensation or the website should pay fine.
Below is the email trail which i had flipkart customer support.

Just leave it. Flipkart should remove the guarantee line from its website because people make their plans/commitment accordingly.

Hi team,
Just delivering the product after being one day late, will it compensate for the embarrassment which i had yesterday.
Remove that line flipkart that the product will be delivered within one day.
If there was something wrong with the address (As per google it was perfect) then, they could have called me and given me the same information.
Instead i have to, escalate the next day and listen to your excuses.
Not acceptable at all.

What has happened to flipkart. Is there no value of the words of flipkart. They say guarantee delivery within one day and still my order has not yet reached.
What happen's to the commitment which i have made to some one else for the day..
Its bad very bad..
You should pay fine for this. I had a very embarrassing day yesterday..
