i had ordered a lenovo legion laptop on 12/5/2021
on 27/5/2021
it was cancelled
flipkart had cancelled the order
i called the customer care and it was cancelled by the seller
i had pay'd the cash in full already
i have been trying to reorder the laptop
but whenever i check the laptop, its showing out of stock ( tried changing pincodes too )
iam a CS student and was in need of a laptop for my studies and class's
but flipkart has not even provided a valid response
i can tolerate and understand delays due to lockdown and current covid situation
but cancelling a prepaid order after 2 weeks of waiting seems unjust
i hope you undertand my concern
since i would not be able to afford a good laptop if this laptops prize gets increased when it comes to stock
i had to call customer care 3 times
and all they could give was thier concerns and i coudnt even register a complaint against the seller
i had even talked with thier customer care head person and he gave me a mail
i mail'd my problem but all they replied was it will be available soon
and its been one month since then
i can give proof for all the said things
i have felt really unfair
i have wasted a lot of time on this
how can i lose an item i already bought and paid for...
and suddenly its out of stock...after waiting for two weeks
someone please help me come to a resolution regarding my issue

But I m not get any call msg from Flipkart
No otp no out for deliver but automatically my product show me delivery
I m complain in Flipkart but Flipkart not give me any solution he only said complaint raise but my money not refund
I m waiting 2 month but not get my money come back
So please help sir
