I have placed my order on 8th Aug 2020, and got a confirmation mail saying order will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. On 6th week, got a call saying my order is ready and please be available at home.i.e on 10th Sep 20. I have waited a week and called customer care, I was advised to wait 48 hours. After 36 hours of waiting called customer care again and this time he(Mahendra from customer care) assured he will call back in 48 hours. After waiting for 48 hours, called the customer care again, this time I have asked to bring some senior person who have some knowledge about my issue. The senior person called on the next day and promised to wait for 24 hrs.After some time, they raised another order on my name. After calling and checking about this unexpected event, they mentioned my previous order is struck with dispatch guys, they missed in dispatching and raised another order and promised this time it will reach soon. I see the same status even after a week. planning to cancel if they say we are unable to deliver mattress and refund my amount
