I have bought Flo matters on 20 may 2022 and i got my order after 10 to 15 days. My reg mobile number is [protected]. After using 10 to 20 days . I released back pain issue than. I had complained with flo customer care, they said after 15 days we will arrange shipment for pick your order and now is 23 july 2 months they are not giving any response, i had call to customer care lot os times thay say within 2 days bluedart team will collect your order. And my problem is aslo that they have waste our lot os time. Flo matters give 100 days free trial. If anyone is not comfortable with flo matters then they can change it . If my 100 days will over than they will not arrange pickup my mattress and will not refund my payment. So please solve my this problem. You can also contact on my number which is [protected].
