I placed an order on Flo Mattress on March 8 2023, here is the detail: Flo mattress 4inch - Ergo / 72 inch x 36 inch x 4 inch (single), Order No. - #[protected]FLOPESO. The order got delivered after a month, almost 2 months (15th April 2023) and when i opened the package i realised that they sent me the wrong size mattress, the length was supposed to be 72 inch instead i received 64/65 inch. I hurriedly contacted customer care and they asked me to send a video of the mattress, they told me to apply for exchange instead refund. Since they promised to complete the exchange process within a week i agreed to it. 3 weeks have passed again, i called customer service numerous times but they remain silent and unresponsive. I do not wish to waste such a huge amount of money, I'm starting to believe their company is a fraud and not reliable. I urge the company to take care of this issue asap!
