I had purchased three jeans and 2 t-shirts from your showroom which is at crystal court malviya nagar jaipur rajasthan on 28th june 2015.
but unfortunately out of them 2 jeans were defected during first use.
when we had contacted at showroom they denied for replace the same.
At the time of purchase your manager and other peoples were didn't tell us about your exchange policy and they assured us if you face any problem regarding this product we have replace it immediately. (exe name - sumit giri mo-[protected] and anmol ji mo- [protected])
i am regular customer of flying machine i had never faced this kind of quality and service issues in past. But this time it cross all limits.
As of now your executives didn't pick my phone.
Please suggest what should I do??
Request you please replace these jeans as soon as possible or instruct to your dealer to replace the same.
