Food Panda — money back

Hello,

I didn't get my money back from a delivery that didn't came to me. The driver didn't get the address and the application told us that he was late and then they canceled the order. The team support of panda food says that the driver was in the address but that is impossible because my boyfriend was there and he didn't saw anyone. They called me but i was talking with my mother, emergency call, so i didn't get the call. But that can't be a excuse because the driver wasn't at the address, my boyfriend was there waiting and he didn't see anyone, when i was able to call them back nobody answered me and in the application the order was late! And then they canceled just like that without a explanation.

We didn't get the food so i want my money back.
