I strongly advise against using foodportal.org for anything related to FSSAI licensing. I was misled into thinking this was an official or authorized platform for FSSAI license renewal, and went ahead with the payment, trusting the professional appearance of the site.
It turns out this is a cleverly disguised scam operation. They take your money but provide no actual service. After I realized the mistake, I got my FSSAI license renewed through the proper government channel, but foodportal.org refused to refund the amount I paid them.
Their follow-up emails are full of legal-sounding language clearly designed to stall and confuse, but ultimately, they are just delaying tactics.
Please be warned: foodportal.org is NOT affiliated with the FSSAI or any government body. This is a private site exploiting public confusion for financial gain.
