I proudly bought a Ford endeavour in July 2021 (less than a year) and was taking pleasure in driving it and recommending it to many for buying the same when suddenly I started facing an issue of Engine Lamp Glowing somewhere in March 2022. The vehicle was called in for the resolution by Harpreet Ford Moti Nagar, issue resolved and sent back within 24 hours. After about a week's time the issue recurred and then the same procedure was followed. The same issue came back for the third time and then the vehicle was called again to the service centre, kept for 3 days where I was being told that they were taking some pictures to get some mechanical parts from somewhere else as it was not available with them. They took 3 complete days, gave the vehicle back to me and told me to drive it as the issue was not with the engine itself and that there is no problem if I continue driving it. Then after driving it for about 2-3 days another message displayed on screen "AdBlue System Malfunction - Service Required". Thereafter the vehicle was sent again to the Moti Nagar service centre on 24th May 2022 and till date they do not have the part and not even have any reply as to when will that part come and when will I get the vehicle back. I personally gave a visit to the service centre on Monday the 30th of May 2022 where I was being promised to at least convey to me in a day or 2 that when will the issue get resolved but till date they do not even know when the part will be available.
I purchased the car to take the pleasure of driving and not to keep it in the service centre for such long periods in such short intervals.
It is therefore requested of a senior official to kindly intervene in the matter and take forward the issue so that I am able to have the pleasure of driving my Endeavour again.
Hope to get an early resolution to this.
