This mail is with reference to service of I had given my vehicle for service on 06/08/2021 at CAPITAL FORD, RASULGARH-BHUBANESWAR. Whenever I took my vehicle for a long distance I had issues wrt to battery, pickup etc and I have specifically brought the sales team attention to this.However Within the city my vehicle was doing okay as I was Not facing above mentioned issues. After service I didn't receive any specific update over the issues I had raised, they said everything is okay and working properly.
Recently I have taken a long distance trip(400km up and down) and I faced the same issues which I had faced before giving my vehicle for service 06/08/2021 and I again gave my vehicle for servicing on 30.08.2021 and received today i.e 31.08.2021.
After talking to you about my service history, I want to talk about the personal experience I faced while dealing with Ford Service team, Manager and others. To be straight they were harsh, impolite, misbehaved, unprofessional and rude to be particular. The tagline of Ford India (Kuch alag si- family wali Feeling) is myth, the feeling was truly "Alag si" though because I have never had experienced such feeling in my life-totally disgusting.
When I talked to them about issues I faced during my recent trip, they said it's natural, it happens, we don't know how it happened, we can't do anything about it etc blah blah.
Now My question is who will pay For the time I lost, Mental stress I had, Money I spent and Pain I went through because of carelessness on the Part of the Ford Service Team. A big Question mark??? I hope you guys will have the answer for It.
Beside this they asked forcefully to give good feedback and I have other issues to raise i.e I believe there were parts missing from the vehicle which I also faced earlier too. Was this information helpful? |
