Figo titanium model 2017 from Satyam Ford Thane with assurance comparing other leading cars in this segment are totally false and disappointing.
The total KMs as on today are 23000km, as sales person coveyed that upto 100000kms no maintenance required, it's tough car and spares are very strong.
But sorry to say that just in 23000 km the POOR ENGINEERING AND POOR QUALITY CHECK led us to spend on change of complete front suspension assembly, staring rack assembly, and now water leaking problem has come up from back side vent.
And moreover nothing is covered in insurance.
It's one hand soft driven vehicle and we have incurred upto Rs 80000/- on replacing these parts.
The question is how can company pass these vehicles with so poor parts which needs to be replaced complete suspension assembly just because the rubbber Bush's have gone hard.
Does this has any meaning in buying such a brand car with so many hidden loop holes?
Our Suzuki Maruti Also-800 is far better than this Figo...
These issues have unnecessarily given me a big zhatka by spending so big amount on these repairs.
I have written this message by expecting necessary feedback, support and help us in getting our money back which we incurred on these company bourn poor engineering.
Reply to avoid further escalation on other social media and ford internation level.
