I own a ford Figo diesel 2012 Model No GA03P 2010
This vehicle has a problem with its wiper motor which was addressed to Naik ford in the month of March. However there has been a dealer issue in ford service in Goa due to which this complaint was not addressed. Now after a new dealer was appointed KING FORD VERNA Goa this complaint was raised to them for part change a month and a half back. The part arrived and then I learnt it was damaged so it was reordered. From God knows where. Three days back the ford Goa people called me that the part had arrived and we would be taking your vehicle for part change. As you know the monsoon has hit Goa and it is very difficult to drive sans wiper.
Today 11 June 2021 the vehicle was picked up by King Ford Goa at 10 am by its ambassador Mr Gawas and reached the King Ford at 11 am. At 5 pm no service advisor called me. I get a call at 5pm to inform me that the part has come but its connector has now been ordered.
Just wanted to know if this is possible that a circus is being run by Ford India wherein people should not go in for Ford vehicles.
As even if a screw part is required the monotone is we will order it. Now my vehicle is between the devil and deep sea.
Surely I must be to blame. As the name Suggests KIng Ford and the King can do no wrong. The customer is at fault.
