This is to inform about the worst management of this hospital, where the nicu staff is working totally carelessly. We have been waiting for 4-5 hours for the discharge of our patient after getting approval from our insurance patner. At first the NICU staff said they have sent the baby bill to TPA but after 4-5 hours later when mother bill was aproved we got to know that they NICU staff has not sent the baby bill yet and bluntly saying that the bill has been sent without checking it. No responsibility and clearly no sense of duty they have.
Incharge of NICU was Sheeba and they were also refusing to tell her name first, after pushing the argument the have given this name.
Patient is suffering with lot of difficulty and all they are working as if doing there household jobs Was this information helpful? |
