Fortis Healthcare — Refund of charges paid twice

I had booked an appointment with Dr Gurinder Bedi through the app & paid Rs1200 online on 14/6/22--appointment was for 16 June. On 16th June, Ms Sudha -Dr Bedi secretary -asked me to pay Rs1080 ( I am a senior Citizen) as the booking through the app was done in my husbands name also a senior citizen --Harpreet Singh Malik -- & hence this anomaly needed to set right. She assured me that she was raising an advice for refund. Ms Sudha is now on leave & advised me to get in touch with [protected]. This I never did
Kindly process the refund--the payment was made through my husband's credit card.
I am sure Ms Sudha will confirm whatever I have stated REETA MALIK (MRS)
