I purchased duiova inhaler inv. No 1174.1.[protected] dt.18.9.18 at 20 12hrs from chakdaha, nadia741222 & asthalin at the same time in separate inv.in the name of dilip kr mitra. Today
Today on 20.11.18 i approached to counter to replace asthalin with duolion since i would no longer required asthalin as prescribed by dr. The invoice and package in tact was handed over to counter. They refused to aceede to my request on flimsy ground "beyond 2 months clause which does not exist on inv." both package &inv handed over to counter. Remedy sought for.
