I need your favour to file a complaint against : future genrali insurance company : -
* i received a call by ms meera and her senior ms. Shruti from future genrali insurance company new delhi, saying pay rs 40, 000 premium annually for 10 year's only.
* you will get back after 20 year rs. 11, 00, 000.
* i bought that policy paid by cheque (Collected by their local agent mr. Ashim in siliguri).
* after cheque clearance i received a policy document on 4/12/2017.
* i read the policy document and found that i will get back after 20 year only rs. 6, 54, 300/-
* i call them and argue to cancel my policy as they made wrong commitment with me. No one will be agree to pay 4 lakhs and get back 6.5 lakhs after 20 year's. Apart from this we can think how much value will be at that time of the amount 6.5 lakhs after 20 year's? Almost one fourth (25% value).
They understand my analysis and offered me for loan against my policy, and given steps :
* according to them : - no further premium payment i need to pay, they change my policy in paid up mode. And appointed an agent mr. Rajat bhatia from bajaj finance on 15/12/2017, who co-ordinate with me over the phone[protected] saying they will sanction 5 lakhs loan on interest rate @ 2 %
According to above i need pay emi 8750 per month for five year's. My loan amount will be transfer in my account before 20/12/2017 which is not done yet.
* when i have't got loan amount rs. 5 lakhs credit in my account on till 20, i call them and with anger instructed them to cancel my policy immediately.
* mr. Rajat bhatiya kills my time saying you will get amount in your account soon, otherwise he will cancel the policy himself. Today & tomorrow ply was going on everyday.in between saturday/sunday and xmas holidays came. Everyday he was insuring me for the loan amount will credit today.
* i make a call to customer care of future genrali[protected] for cancellation of my policy on 28/12/2017 in time frame of the free look option period of the company. 30 days after receiving the policy document (Policy purchased by distance marketing mode).
* shocked come to know that i have to visit future genrali branch office surrendering my original policy document, and request letter to cancel my policy, at more then 600 km away from my residence in siliguri. What is the use of the customer care? If they are not able to proceed the request of the customer? Even i have already been sent cancellation request by e-mail as well.
* interestingly to collect the money from customer, company appointed local agent everywhere, and to refund customer must have to visit company office. Jungal raj.
* finally, i have sent original policy documents + my aadhar card copy + cancel cheque to future genrali serving branch : cams respository services ltd., krishna, first floor, near mahadev cenema, dr. R. P. Road, bhagalpur, bihar. Pin - 812002 contact no. [protected] by registered post ew[protected]in dated : 4/1/2018.
Seeking your help to get back my amount.
