The company doesn't have a proper website to file a complaint and their agents forged the signatures in the policy. I tried to file a complaint on their website which wouldn't let me do it. The company sent some agents to explain the policy and misleads policy members. I have tried reaching the company through email, phone and enquiry form but none of them worked.
