The incident took place on 07/02/2020.
I had taken the accidental policy of future generali. So i was being hospitalized due to the accidental. After discharge from the hospital, we claimed for the insurance so they asked for all the required documents. As per the requirement, we have sent all the documents to them through maruti courier service on 19/03/2020 to there claim department office located at pune, maharashtra. The claim department of future generali health had received the courier on 26/05/2020. The courier was delayed due to the pandemic situation of covid-19. Almost 15 days from receiving the courier there was no response from there side. So after that, i tried to call there customer care, and there no proper response from there side. Till today have i have called at least 20-25 but every time i am getting the new answer. No one is taking the responsibility of the claim and there is no response from there side. Its almost 4 months but till today i haven't got the proper answer either response from the company.
