G3 Motors — Pathetic service

I had given my xylo for servicing at nerul. Problem was ac was not working. The ac was blowing out hot air. During the servicing, we did receive a call from nerul informing us that that condenser of rear ac had to be replaced. There was a leak.

Al the necessary things were reaired for an amount of rs. 30, 080. We got the delivery of the xylo on 5th may 2017.

It is astonishing to see that today, on 6th may 2017, when we took our car, the same problem exists. The ac still blows hot air.

And when we called the person says you can get the xylo at nerul. May be there is an electric problem, tell your driver to check. What kind of customer service is this?

Did you actually check if things are repaired or you just collect money.

I m not sure that condenser has been changed or servicing done.

Its really sad to see a professional company like mahindra behaving in such a way and cheating customers.

We did call the office at nerul. The recptionist ms. Falguni faoiled to give

I Narsing shinde purchased XUV 500 and all things are good. one thing stepnee wheel not given Alloy . as per the cunsumer court judgement company suppose to provide alloy wheel with vehicle but your company has given. so request you to resolve this matter or why your company not give the explanation.
