I haven't used the gaana app for a really long time. I had opted for its 3 months free membership but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 399 deducted from my Paytm wallet. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed... they directly deducted the cash. I do not need the membership ...I just need my money.

Today i received a message from my Paytm wallet that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. My amount deduct from my paytm wallet without my permission. No any remember Message from gaana.com.
That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.

I want my full money refunded.

I am an undergraduate student and I have no source of income .I saw a coupon code online for 3 months free ganna subscription and I applied it and used it .It asked my debit card details and I entered it thinking of removing it after the trial period is over .The period got over on 27 and I mailed for the same to ganna to help me remove the card by submitiing the ticket in their app. I was searching how to remove my card from the app and...

I subscribed with coupon code from Flipkart which is successful after deducting rs 1 from Paytm account and again rs 399 deducted with any knowledge and received notification in Paytm
