Hello,
I paid for the Gaana+ Global Festive offer yearly subscription on Nov 5th through apple pay auto renewal and my account is still showing as a Free account rather than the subscription account. It's been 3 days I keep sending them an email on "[protected]@gaana.com" requesting to fix this issue but there is no response from them. I would like them to upgrade my account to the yearly offer I paid and make sure the yearly end date should be exactly 12 months from the activation date. I don't want them to end my subscription on Nov 4, 2023 because even though I paid on Nov 5th but they didn't start my service yet.
