Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation — street cow or owner's cow doing potty on road and shopping center

We are facing lot of trouble of street cow or owner's cow in sector 3 a (New), gandhinagar. Last 20 days approx 40 - 50 cows are coming at 10.00pm at shopping center of sector 3 a (New), gandhinagar and they are staying their till morning 6.00am. During this time period they are doing lot of potty on the road, aside the homes and middle of shopping center. We complaind to the yogesh goswami who is the supervisor of cleaning department of sector - 3 a (New). He refused to do this work and do not take any action against this dirty place. It is very difficult to all o[censored]s to live in this area due to potty of cow and dogs. We request to you that if you take strong action against cow and catch them and take the penalty from their owner, then the problem resolved.
We are looking and hope for your strong action.
