There were two packages, only one package has reached the destination office one is misplaced. It has been more than 10 days, customer care support is pathetic ..merely useless as nobody is responding back....

There is fake website with the name of Gati and they have given their mobile number to contact and then shifting the product through Gati.They are actually a third party, but cheating people with the name of Gati.

Today I received my product though Gati.In the receipt of Gati I could see 10, 986 has been paid to Gati, but relocate Packers and movers has charged me RS. 56000 with the name of Gati.

Also...

Leverage Bowling machine company had dispatched a parcel through Gati to me . And provided me Docket Number. But when I am trying to track my parcels it is showing your Docket Number is invalid.please help. My parcel was dispatched on 27th of May 2021and today is 6 June 2021....

I have booked one parcel from Rajasthan to Pune at 28th May 2021 and it's not delivered yet and status is showing as Docket Detained - Forms Not Available. I have raised complaint as well with customer care but not getting any solution. It's official purpose courier and docket I'd is[protected]...

On 21 may it arrived the nearest hub
And till now it wasnt out for delivery until on 27th it was out for delivery and then also didn't reached me showing undelivered.

I called customer care service they are totally fraud they always say to wait 1-2 more days and they prioritize my order

They have a very sweet reply on this that it is at shipper risk not owner risk,
This information was not asked to me nor did I sign any document and even after booking this from there website they allotted me a pick up from third party and when a registered employee does these things you cannot spot it and also i am asking them for gati receipt they are not providing me .
Demanding for a bill is a customers right and there...

I had booked to transfer a Microwave oven and a Bed mattress from Dombivali to Hyderabad on 2nd Feb 2021 and the same was delivered to me on 10th Feb 2021. However, the Oven was delivered with the front side glass of the oven door and the handle completely broken. They have mentioned in the delivery remarks as damaged from their side.

I have booked a packers and movers from Bangalore to sagar i have received completely damaged goods and on investigating i came to know that an employee of GATI cheated me by providing me a third party pckers and movers receipt and on asking him the original gati recipt he says that the third party vendor has provided you the same i asked for the verification he gives gati services reference my total loss is 90K please help me...

The TV screen is damaged completely. After having a tough time while getting the TV delivered and unprofessionalism of the delivery executives, now chasing the concerned team for the damages and claim but no response but just automated replies!...

I have made a call for relocation of my Activa from Pune to Gwalior so i called Agarwal movers and packers on that call some one called me that there executive will call me on the second day at 10 AM so i waited for that then A call come asking for the same . I have asked them that you are from Agarwal Movers and packers they said yes ... so after picking my Activa from pick up location they made a handwritten Bill from Punia Cargo movers...

I booked shipment of my house hold goods from Bangalore to Patna on 13th April and the item was delivered yesterday 23rd April.
While delivery many items are damaged .
All my side table (2) bed (all 4 parts) and my TV trolley is received in damaged condition and in pieces

My docket number is[protected] and the consignment status is wrongly showing as undelivered, due to consignee refusal. No one came to my address in Kotdwar (Delivery destination town). Also no one called or reached out from Gati as well.
This is a serious concern and I am worried about my consignment. Pease ensure delivery or reach out at my phone number....
