Gati Packers And Movers — Not Delivering my household goods. Unethical Behaviour

Gati Packers & Movers came to my house on 12th February Morning. They packed all the items and loaded on their pickup truck. I gave them ₹4000 advance payment. They gave me a receipt and bilty for it. Total charges were ₹8000.

2 days later, they send me another quotation of ₹24, 000 telling me that the number of items were more. They are asking me to make full payment immediately otherwise they will not deliver my goods. The manager is oddly determined to get the payment immediately. I told them that I can make 60% now, and when I will see my goods, I will process the rest of the payment immediately. Yet, he wants the full payment immediately.
