i am shubhangi deepak ahuja i have taken a flat at kamothe navi Mumbai on october 2020 taken a loan 18 lakh from gic housing finance panvel branch they did not check my document properly and given me the loan at the rate of interest 9.40 pa i have given a loan transfer to central bank of india kamothe branch they told me that the seller and gic housing finance had done fraud with me the builder had done 2 agreement on your flat 1 on 2011 and 2 on 2012 the gic finance has cheated me and i have visit to gic finance the branch manager is not giveing a properly he is telling your property is clear in our search report i have show the proof of agreement he told me that i can not do any thing he is not giving me a copy of search report which they have done and he is not reciving a call the gic finance is not checking the document properly and giving the loan i request you sir please take a strike action on gic housing finance
