I have submitted my handset gionee a1 on 6th nov 2017 in smart care gionee center sec-18 for charging issue of the phone but still i have not received my phone.
They have asked me for part need to be replaced and is under shipment and provided maximum time for the resolution is 10 days but today it is 21 days past and still no response.

Pathetic service i am receiving from gionee.
