I had gone to gionee care at suratgarh rajasthan for repair of mic of my gionee s+ mobile twice, first time in the month of july 2017 and second time on 25 October 2017. But my complaint was not resolved on both the occasions. So i explained the matter to Mr Nikhil of Gionee Care and i told him that they are doing fraud by charging money for the same complaint time and again. Then he replied me that he is sitting there for charging fraudulently and we are for being charged fraudulently.
I had complained the matter to gionee customer care toll free no. The complaint no is GEN[protected]. So i want you to take the necessary disciplinary action against Mr Nikhil and please resolve my complaint. Also my mobile should be repaired without any repair charges. Thank you.
