I purchased a samsung air conditioner from giria's tambaram on apr 2014. Now i am facing a compressor problem with the product. Samsung service center refused to proceed as they wanted to see a copy of invoice. I went to your retail store and they are saying, we will have bill for 1 year only. Also this duplicate copy will help me claiming warranty with samsung. Please help.
