Glenmark — Complaint against medical store

Dear sir / madam

I am writing because i have been cheated by my regular chemist namely "new esswell medical and general store". Situated at shop no.2, virdi villa bldg, tirandaz village rd, opp. Iit main gate, powai, mumbai-400076.

On 25 march 2017, i and my mother went to powai hospital to consult dr. Manjiri bhusari her mobile number is [protected], as per consultation, she recommended to take a capsule "canditral 200 mg" for 15 days. As regular, i visited the medical store and requested the staff to give me the prescribed medicine. She gave me the medicine as per the stock available in her store. She gave me "canditral 200mg" manufactured on aug16, where only 4 capsules in 1stripe. As recommended by dr. For 15 days, i requested her to give me for full 15 days, however, in her stock only 4stripes were available. One stripe costing to rs.296/- so, i paid for 4stripes only which was available on that day, which comes to (296*4stripes= rs.1184/-) after completion of these capusles, i went to another medical shop namely asiad medical and general store, which is situated at jain mandir road, powai, mumbai 400076. They gave me 10 capsules in one pack, and its manufacturing date was november 2016, which costing was rs.350.

Now, you tell me how am i suppose to know when glenmark has changed the package?
As a customer, i went to my regular chemist to have my medicine, but now i found that he is cheating with me?
Now, who is going to pay me the difference between[protected] = 834), where i went wrong as customer?
Why customer should suffer, because of their cheap business mentality?
Chemist are saying they are also not aware of this change. When they make order for the respective medicine, then they get to know about such changes. Which i
I am a common man, who work to fulfill my basic needs and now if anything like this happens, who will be responsible for?

Chemist is say that whatever they have the stock they should sell those stock to customer. I requested dr. To arrange for the medicine she is also stating that "yaaa, i am trying to arrange for the medicine from medical representative." but, till today, there is no revert from dr. Manjiri bhusari.

I am like a football playing between chemist, dr and the medicine manufacturing company. If people who all are dealing with the medical issues like dis, then we can imagine their no humanity exist in this world.

Their is only one thing that is "money" and to make customers fool and earn money.

Why people have to study so much and become dr. If you want to fool people and earn money.

Now, at last i am a common man who have to give up and keep buying medicine from any another medical store, for my survival.in this whole episode, my money gone, medicine gone, another mental stress came and lost everything.

Our prime minister modi will be very happy to have such great citizen who are dr, chemist like these.
