Reference to attached request letter, I would like to share my refusal for my wife (Nazia Karim Khan) to donate her kidney due to risk of her life. I am also under an impression that my in laws are preparing NOC with their influence without my knowledge. I request the hospital not to consider/accept any NOC with my signatures.
