I have booked ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on Go air scheduled flight on 29/03/2020. However, due to Covid 19, all flights got cancelled and our PNR was saved for booking at later date till one year.
Now, i am trying to reschedule my flight but under "Manage Booking", no flights are visible against my PNR (Q51HMV).
I tried contacting helpdesk[protected] / +[protected] but no body picks despite multiple calls...
I Booked tickets for a round trip between Bangalore and Mumbai for self and family before pandemic lockdown in the MakeMyTrip portal. Onward journey date was 17 May 2020 and return journey date was on 23 May 2020. Due to lockdown all flights were cancelled and the refund was supposed to be in credit shell as per the Govt. of India and can be used before 31 March 2021.

I am raising this complaint to instantiate a case of horrible extreme customer Harassment caused by Go Air Airlines under pandemic crisis for ticket booked on 26th October 2020 for three passengers for travel on 25th November, 2020 for a scheduled direct flight G8 916 with PNR EDJJ7X from Kolkata(departing at 8 50am) to Chennai(arriving at 11 10am).

GoAir confirmed the booking few weeks back. Before 4 days of the departure they called saying due to technical challenges they are not operating the flight. They offered to give full refund. However now the tickets are too costly.
This is a scam . They are taking bookings but then cancelling. Might be earning interest out of the money...
